Delivery Policy

1. Options for Delivery:

Local Delivery: Within Singapore, we provide delivery services for an extra charge. Delivery scheduling depends on availability. Kindly ensure accurate delivery details, including venue address, date, and any specific instructions.
Self-Pickup: Should you opt for it, you can collect your flowers or floral accessories from our shop. Instructions and details for pickup will be furnished upon confirmation of your order.

Currently, we only provide delivery services within Singapore.

​2. Delivery Charges:

​Local Delivery: The delivery fee is $18 for orders under $300, while orders over $300 receive free delivery.
Self-Pickup: There are no extra charges for pickups.

​3. Change of Delivery Information:

If there's a need to amend the delivery address or any other details after placing your order, please reach out to us promptly. We'll endeavor to accommodate your request, although changes may be contingent upon availability and could incur additional charges.

4. Rescheduled or Redirected Delivery:

​The customer is accountable for ensuring that the recipient will be available at the specified delivery address on the date and time confirmed during the order placement.

​We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery under these circumstances.:

  • Sender provided an inaccurate address.
  • No recipient found upon delivery.
  • The recipient is unavailable at the designated time and location for delivery.
  • Contact number provided is not valid.
  • The recipient did not respond to the phone call.

Any redirection or redelivery requested within the following 24 hours will incur an additional surcharge of $15.

Our delivery personnel will contact the recipient and wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving the package either with the receptionist or at the door. A photo will be taken and sent to you as confirmation of successful delivery.

Once the specified time has passed, we will not assume liability for any loss or damage to the flowers. Similarly, for items collected by the customer, we cannot be held responsible once the bouquet has been inspected and picked up.
